Pumping - 2 Pumps a day

I've been debating whether to continue pumping milk for Julia or just convert to formula all the time. I was also trying to decide when to do this, before our Hawaii trip or after (because then I won't have to pump while on vacation). I decided to continue to pump until Julia's 1st birthday, and in order to slow down the milk production, I am now pumping twice a day. Currently yielding around 16oz of milk a day.
