Congratulations to our baby sister Lisa who is now happily married to my new brother-in-law, Justin Dang. It was a beautiful day.

Lisa's Bridal Shower - All Day Event
Today is a LADIES day, where we pamper the greatest females in the LEUNG family. Our baby sister Lisa is getting married in a few weeks so we are celebrating her bridal shower today. Boy, did we have tons planned. The quick run down of events include the following:
9am - Lynn Canyon Twin Falls hike
11:30am - La Petite Cuillere high tea
2pm - Tantra pole dance lessons
4pm - Bridal Shower - Hannah's condo
7pm - Dinner at Al Porto Ristorante
10pm - Aura Night club
It was a jam packed day and we managed to fit everything in! Timing-wise, it was perfect. At the clubs, I haven't been here before (which isn't surprising since I haven't stepped into a club in like 5 years). One of the DJ boys bought the entire group of girls champagne! Lisa was dancing in DJ booth. It was really cool. The night ended with our best bro in the world...Hermo drove us home at 12:45am.
The below pics were courtesy of Chin Chin at Aethereum Photography. Thanks for the great pics! One of these days, I'll need to download my pics from the morning hike.

Congrats to Hermo and Drewsie - Wedding
Congrats to Herman and Drew, on your wedding and your new journey in life together. Here are some pics from the wedding. Everyone had a fantabulous time...with what memory we all retain from that evening. Hermo says "Cheers to the open bar!"

Congrats to Tony and Eva - Newly Weds
We were happy to attend Tony's wedding today (Rich's cousin). Due to Jas' Chinese school and her final exam today, we could not allow her to skip today's session. Me and Jas attended only the dinner, whereas the rest of the family went to the ceremony. It was a beautiful wedding with family and friends. Congratulations to you Tony and Eva!

Wedding - Eug and Lydia, and Auntie V
Today we attended Eugene and Lydia's wedding, which took place at Burnaby Mountain in the Rose Garden. We are so happy for them.
We brought Jasmine and Julia to the ceremony and they were both very well behaved (with the help of some crackers). There were even willing to take some pictures. That by itself is a mighty feat! It was perfect weather, warm and cloudy. So you didn't have to deal with the sun and how the face gets shadows in photos.
After the ceremony, we went with Auntie V and Uncle E from HK to have lunch at Mui Gardens for some noodles and rice. By the time they got home, both kids were konked out in the car so the afternoon nap was cut short, which meant that they'd go to bed earlier that night. Good thing too, because we didn't take them to the dinner banquet.
Congratulations Eug and Lydia!

Winnie and YJ - Wedding
We were very happy to celebrate Winnie and YJ's wedding in Victoria this weekend. The Wong family travelled together on a family trip (does not happen often) to attend this special event. Normally we'd stay at our relatives place but because there were so many people, we rented hotel suites for a few nights.
It was a cold winter day and even though it was snowing outside, the drifting snow made it look like a fairy tale picture, a snowy castle. The wedding ceremony was beautiful and everything went smoothly. Jas really enjoyed being one of the flower girls.
At night, the reception was fun and enjoyable with lots to eat. I love attending weddings, especially when I am not part of the wedding party (sorry Win!). You can actually eat and talk to people without having to worry about getting this and that done. What an awesome evening.
Congratulations to Winnie and YJ!
