First year in elementary school - all done! Jas had her kindergarten graduation party today and the room was filled with excited parents, including me. The principal did a speech, then the kids sang some songs, then a powerpoint presentation of the kids and then the presentation of certificates. Everything was very organized.
Jas seemed to have a great time until she realized... that her name was written in GREEN on the cert! Then she broke down crying, even with a chocolate cookie in her hand. She really wanted her name to be written in BLUE. Poor girl. She can get so upset and emotional about colors. One day, she will realize that a color is just a color!
