Swimming with Adyson

Because Jasmine is climbing into EVERYTHING nowadays, we had to buy something for our house. We found the Little Tikes Climb and Slide to be perfect. On one side, you can climb up onto a platform. On the platform, there is a turning wheel and on the other side, there is a slide. Jasmine just loves climbing and sliding on it.


From Jasmine: I asked Mom to invite Adyson to come over to play. At first, she didn't want to play with me (Adyson was shy and clung onto Auntie Wrency) but after a little while, she warmed up and was playing with all my toys...I had to take them away from her... but Mommy wanted me to share so in the end, I had to let her play.

Both of us stood on the climb/slide together. Look at us go!



Then we went swimming at Killarney pool and that was so fun. I was really strong, lifting the heavy floating board in the pool. Auntie Wrency bought me a new swimsuit with floatation device and I can't wait to try it out next time. Thanks Auntie Wrency!

Do You Like My Dolls?

We keep a small collection of dolls in Jasmine's crib, so she can play with them if she wakes up and we are not awake yet. I remember one time, I walked into her room in the morning, and all her dolls were on the floor. Apparently, she threw them out of the crib for fun. Too bad I didn't take a pic of that.

Today, I walked into her room and she was happily babbling to her friends in her crib and playing with them. Look at her cute smile:

BBQ for Uncle Sherman's Birthday Party

Uncle Sherman had a BBQ to celebrate his birthday and there were lots of kids to play with me. Asume and Makayla wanted a girl's photo together. Makayla jeje was so nice, she let me play with all of her toys!


Mommy made me wear my pink UV hat (as always) but Daddy put it on funny. He wanted me to be a rapper....silly Daddy!

BONK - again

Unfortunately when we came home from work, there were scratches on Beep's forehead and left hand, pinky finger. Apparently she wandered off on her own again while playing outside and fell on her head. Poor Beeps!

Luckily the bump is a small one compared to previous bonks she's had before. The scratches are on her left forehead.

Yee Mah and Capilano Bridge

My aunt (yee mah) and cousin Connie came over to visit from Hawaii. They were in Victoria for a week and spent 2 days in Vancouver. They met Jasmine for the very first time. We took them to the Capilano Suspension Bridge (Beeps didn't go though) and walked at Robson street for a bubble tea.

Keep Me Busy Please

Now that Jasmine is running around the house all the time, we have to find new things to keep her occupied. Or else, she starts finding stuff around the house to keep herself busy... like climbing onto box trying to reach that juice box on the shelf...

or wearing Daddy's slippers...


or putting on sunglasses:



or checking out what is over the fence. The left pic is from June and the right pic is from April. Look how much she's grown in 2 months. (PS - if you can guess what Jasmine is REALLY doing in the left pic, I'll give you a prize):

Day at Central Park

We decided to go for a stroll at Central Park in Burnaby. We've never taken Jasmine to this park before but we definitely should. She had a blast! She especially liked the water shooting out of the ground (which is controlled by a dial that the older kids are messing with).

Note - you will be seeing Beeps in alot more pics with her pink UV shirt and hat on. If it is sunny, she will be wearing it for sun protection rather than sunblock.

Chocolate?

Did you say chocolate? My first taste of chocolate wasn't that good, I'd rather smush it between my fingers.
