Gung Hay Fat Choy! Jasmine had her first Chinese New Year celebration this week and was greeted by many aunties and uncles who came by to see her. She's loving all the attention she is getting and will jabber away at you, if you will listen. Jasmine will look into your eyes and use her clear voice, when she speaks to you (in her cute baby language). So far, she's the only one who can understand it.
To kick off the new years bash, we bought a 7lb lobster for the feast. Take a look at this monster.... it's even bigger than Jasmine!
Because of the food limitations out of my diet, we had 2 different sauces for the lobster: cream and butter, and garlic onion. Yum!
