Sharing a Coke - Everyone but me?

Rich came home one day with a coke that had "Jasmine" on it.  Have you seen these Coke bottles around?  I thought they were so cool so I went on a mission to find all of our names on them.

I found 4 of them, just missing my name.  I searched and searched.  I went to every London Drugs, Shoppers Drug Mart, Save on Foods, Safeway that I could go to and still couldn't find my name.  People watching me dig around in the fridge area going thru coke bottles, must think I'm a loonie bird.  I was contemplating whether to hit all the gas stations around my area...

Until I thought, why don't I just check the coke website to see if my name is printed?  And that's when I found out...  my name wasn't one that was printed...  boo...

Lucky my Tweet was nice to me and wanted me to have a name on the coke bottle too, so he made this pic - One happy coke family now!

Joshua - First Birthday! (video)

Baby Joshua... I can't believe you are not a baby anymore.  You are 1!!!  Happy birthday baby toddler... you will always ALWAYS be my baby.  Love you so much.

We celebrated a few days early at Crash Crawlys with lots of his friends (17 friends).  It's a huge indoor playground with slides and games.  Because kids and adults were busy running around, it was difficult to get photos except during cake cutting time.  I would have loved to walk around and take pics of everyone but it's not possible carrying Josh in the Ergo.

Everyone had a blast including the parents.  We were the last party in the eating area and most of the kids went back into the play area after filling their bellies.  We stayed until the place kicked us out, at 8pm.  It was awesome, we practically had the entire place to ourselves.  Josh loved it.  I wonder who will be the next birthday friend to have a party here...  Happy birthday Joshua!   

Ye Ye's 65th Birthday!

Wow, Ye Ye just turned 65!  Happy Birthday.  Yay to great health and young looks.  He doesn't look a day older than 50.  We had a tasty dinner at Western Lake and then enjoyed ice cream cake at home.  Wishing you more grand kids for next year (not from us!).

Having Fun in the Pool and Water Dog (video)

It's a scorching hot summer day!  We bought a water dog and was given a pool a few weeks ago so we were itching to blow them up and splash around.  We were lucky to have just enough shade in the back to cover the entire pool.  The girls had a blast.

As for the water dog... well, they liked it.  They pet it.  But they wouldn't go near it when the water was turned on.  It's because when the water is running through it, the ears and tongue move around in circles spraying water everywhere.  And as soon as I turned off the water, Julia went and fed the dog grass.  How cute.  

The dog now has a home on our balcony, where the girls hop on it and jump around on it.  

Train Ride - Stanley Park

Here is my best pic taken with my junky cell phone - highlighting the 4 loves in my life.  We forgot to bring a camera with us today but I really wanted a pic, so it's kinda blurry.  For some reason, I seem to always to come here for the train ride...the little things that make Mommy happy.

Anyways, we went to the Stanley Park train ride, just as something to do.  The kids didn't mind it.  It was ok I guess.  But time-wise, a big mistake though.  It took us 35 minutes to get into Stanley Park and another 45 minutes to get home.  Just for this 10 minute train ride.  Again, just to make Mommy happy.  Thank you Daddy for letting me have MY WAY!
